There will be temporary freezes to Equip functions during January and February – find out what they are and what it means for you here.
During January and February, there will be temporary freezes of Equip functions to enable the merger of TfNSW and the former RMS financials and operations as part of the Evolving Transport program.
The impact on Sydney Trains users is limited to the following two areas:
- Equip will be temporarily unavailable to raise purchase orders and perform purchase order variations on January 30 and 31 and February 6 and 7 for all Transport, including TfNSW, former RMS, Sydney Trains, NSW TrainLink and Sydney Metro. All other transactions can continue on these two weekends. Reminder notifications of the outages will be shared closer to these dates.
- For transactions created between January 27 and February 13, approval workflows will temporarily escalate after 16 working days to the next level manager. From February 14 onwards, approval workflows will revert back to the normal 3 or 5 day escalation.
